Where the Hotel Lobby AI trend comes from
The Hotel Lobby AI trend took off on TikTok and Instagram in late September 2026. It comes from a clip of Quavo and Takeoff performing their 2022 song "Hotel Lobby" side by side in a bright orange booth with a hanging microphone. People now use AI to put their own faces into that two-person setup. You may also see it called the hotel lobby trend or the orange booth trend.
This Hotel Lobby AI video generator gives you the same two-person orange booth setup. Each rapper comes from one of your photos, and the rap is new, written around your theme.
AI Rap Video is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the artists, their record labels or COLORS.
How to do the Hotel Lobby AI trend in three steps
Two photos and one click are all the Hotel Lobby template needs.
- 1
Upload two photos
Add one clear photo for each rapper. The two photos can be taken anywhere, so you don't need a picture of you together.
- 2
Add a theme (optional)
Type what the rap is about, like a name, an inside joke or a birthday. Leave it empty and the duo raps about being the greatest duo in the game.
- 3
Make the video
Pick the length and quality, check the price in credits next to the button, and press Make my rap video. Download the MP4 and post it.
Photos that work best for the Hotel Lobby AI generator
Each rapper in the booth is built from one photo, so a good picture gives a better duo.
A large, sharp face
Pick a photo where the face fills a good part of the frame and looks roughly at the camera.
Even light
Soft light on the whole face works better than hard shadows or a bright window behind the person.
One person per photo
Use two separate photos, one for each side of the booth. They don't need to match in place or time.
No sunglasses or masks
Glasses, masks and heavy filters hide the face. A plain photo works best.
Pets welcome
For a cat or dog, show the whole face with both eyes visible.
Only photos you may use
Use your own photos or photos of people who agreed. Celebrities, public figures and minors are not allowed.
Hotel Lobby AI prompt ideas for your theme
The theme box is your prompt. Type a short line about the two people and the beat and lyrics are made around it. Try one of these:
- two best friends who never miss a deadline
- my sister's 21st birthday
- a couple arguing about pizza toppings
- my cat who runs the house
- the group chat that never sleeps
- gym partners on leg day
Real names and one specific detail make the rap feel like yours.
