Refund Policy

Credit packs

Credits are sold as one-time packs. Each purchase is a single payment processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits do not currently have an expiry date.

Using credits

Credits are deducted from your balance when you start a generation. The cost is shown before you generate. Credits granted free of charge, such as sign-up credits, have no cash value and are not refundable.

Failed generations

If a generation fails or times out, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. The refund shows in your credit history.

What is not refundable

• Credits already used for a video that was completed.
• Videos that were generated successfully, including results you are not happy with.
• Credits that were granted free of charge.

Refunds for unused credits

To ask for a refund of a credit pack whose credits are unused, email support@airapvid.app from your account email address. Include the date of the purchase and the credit pack you bought. We review each request and reply as soon as we can. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply to you by law.
