Acceptable Use Policy

Photos you may upload

• Upload only photos that you own or have the right to use, or photos of people who have agreed to appear in the video.
• You are responsible for having the consent and rights needed for every photo and for every video made from it.

Not allowed

• Photos of minors (anyone under 18).
• Using a real person's face without that person's consent, including swapping a real person's face into a video.
• Impersonating another person, or creating videos meant to deceive or mislead others about who is shown or what happened.
• Adult, sexual or explicit content.
• Harassing, bullying, threatening or hateful content, including content that attacks people for who they are.
• Content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
• Abusing, overloading or trying to break the service, or trying to avoid its limits and checks.

Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove photos or videos, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, with or without notice. Credits used on requests that break this policy are not refunded.

To report content or a person who breaks this policy, email support@airapvid.app.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
